One of Dr. Shipper’s assistant while removing my retainer was grinding the back of my teeth. It was painful so I really couldn’t feel if a chip occurred at the time. When I returned to my car I looked in the mirror and I noticed my front tooth was chipped. I called the office immediately and was booked to see Dr. Shipper today. He immediately said that my chip was from before and I just didn’t notice. I’ve checked photos only days back and no chip. My father was at home and saw my tooth before I left and once returned I showed him the chip. Dr. Shipper was extremely rude and quite frankly he doesn’t embody a health care provider at all.
