Ex long term family client ( 10+ yrs ) Earl decent dentist and person. Krista however (wife and office manager ) billed us for unauthorized work on the children then sent us to collection agency when we refused to pay. Also refused any remediation on two fillings which were mistakenly done in silver instead of white. Had to see another dentist at my expense to have corrected. She refuses to let me speak to Earl himself and has refused repeated attempts to negotiate any settlement. This isn't the first issue but Earl satisfactorily resolved previous ones.
