Poor Customer Service, No Upfront Explanation of Costs

Have been a customer at this dental office for over 3 decades, it has changed hands and for me customer service is now non existent. Went in for routine cleaning, they never explained upfront that they planned on booking the work over multiple appointments or explain what the charges would be. Always had a routine cleaning done in one appointment for decades but this time I was charged over 2 times what I normally pay and I never even saw a dentist. Took over a week and a half before I finally got through to talk to someone about this and that turned out to be a waste of time just fell on deaf ears. It is all about the money now not customer service so be aware and avoid at all costs look elsewhere!
